Ninety-Two-Year-Old Utah Woman Receives High School Diploma

(Salt Lake City, UT)  --  A Utah woman who dropped out of high school during World War Two to help her family is now a proud graduate of West High School in Salt Lake City.  Ninety-two-year-old Barbara Stanley recently received a diploma declaring her a graduate of the Class of 2021.  Stanley's granddaughter reached out to administrators at the high school after finding out that the elderly woman didn't graduate. 

They decided that the sacrifice she made for her family and her country during the war should be honored and awarded a diploma along with the rest of this year's class.
